Success! A new t-slider window from Motion Windows. Check out the process below:

Use the new window’s metal frame to make a cut out of your window I used the existing panel from my van that I removed from the inside of the slider door check that your lines are straight from corner to corner Mark the sides of the cut out template. Very important! It helped to mark the top, bottom, front, and rear since the windows are oddly shaped to fit the curves of the van
Use painters tape so you can draw the lines on top of the tape Hold your window template in place with tape so you can draw the lines Drill a pilot hole at each corner from the inside to the outside of the van. I used a small 3/32 bit
Using the small holes that you drilled as your guide, place tape on the outside to protect your paint Draw lines on top of the tape using your window template Getting ready to cut!
I wish I would have taped some plastic on the inside of the van to catch the metal shavings. It was difficult to clean up afterwards

I used my angle grinder to cut a thin line so I could insert the blade of my jigsaw into the opening. It worked great!
Remember to cut the top line last. Add reinforcement tape on the outside to all sides of the window before the final cutout. I used duct tape to be sure the heavy sheet metal didn’t fall off and cut my foot. You can see the black duct tape I used in the video above.

Here is the video I used to guide my window installation. Remember to spray the outside of your van with window cleaner before you slip it in for the final install. This allows you time to adjust the position without creating a fold in the seal and without the window getting stuck in the wrong position.
